One launch. Every module.
Eight steps of a made-up product launch, from the first task on a board to the pay cycle at month end. Same workspace, same people, one record.
- 01
Plan on the board
The launch becomes a project with an epic, a milestone and tasks on a board and a timeline.
- 02
A ticket comes in
Support raises a ticket about checkout. It routes to the Platform resolver group through the Category › Type › Item catalogue.
- 03
Approve the change
A change request goes to its approvers under the approval policy and lands on the change calendar.
- 04
The on-call page
During rollout an alert pages the engineer on call. Unacknowledged, it escalates to the next level.
- 05
Equip a new joiner
A new joiner starts: a request goes to People Ops and a laptop is requested from the service catalogue.
- 06
Write it down
The runbook and release notes are written in Docs, in the same workspace.
- 07
Time off, planned
The squad lead requests leave for after launch. Capacity and the team calendar show who is out.
- 08
Pay cycle runs
Month end: the payroll run is computed from your rules, approved by a second person, and a payment file is generated.
