What is a light seat?
A light seat is free. Light seats can raise tickets, request leave, view their own payslips (with the Payroll add-on) and approve items assigned to them.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You choose a plan. We do not delete your data when the trial ends. If you subscribe during the trial, a small verification charge ($1) is taken to verify your payment method and credited back after your first invoice is paid. Prices on this site are in US dollars.
Does OneApp guarantee that payroll is accurate or compliant?
No. OneApp provides a payroll rules engine and starter templates. You define your rules and you verify them for your jurisdiction. Templates are starting points, provided as-is, and carry source-quality labels, not guarantees. If you find a bug in the engine itself, report it with the Report an engine issue button on the payroll screens.
Does OneApp move money?
No. OneApp generates payment files in the formats you configure. Your bank or payment provider moves the money.
How does storage work?
Your organisation shares one pool: 2 GB plus 1 GB per full member. Admins can add 50 GB, 250 GB or 1 TB blocks. Reading and exporting files is not blocked when your storage is full.
